As a versatile and driven IT professional, I offer a wealth of experience in the field. I hold a diploma in Computer Systems Technician - Networking from St. Clair College and have just completed Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Cybersecurity from Walsh College, staying at the forefront of technology.
With a diverse work background that ranges from Customer Technical Support to Production Control Associate and Data Entry Specialist, I have honed my communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
